Similarly, our competitive price-matching policy means our customers will never be forced to overpay for fireworks ever again. If you see another company selling the same firework for less than our listed price, show us where you found it and we'll make sure you get the best price available!

We make it as easy as possible for our customers to receive their fireworks in the manner that is most convenient to them, which is why Red Apple® offers free in-store pickup at all of our locations that carry the items our customers order. For that reason, we continuously work with shipping companies throughout the country to get our customers the best pricing on freight and ground shipping across the nation. Our shipping guarantee ensures customers will receive their shipments within 14 days of ordering, so long as the items ordered are in stock at the time of ordering.

One of the most important attributes of the Red Apple® Happiness Guarantee is our firework performance guarantee! There are few things as disappointing as a firework that does not perform as expected, and no one is ever more disappointed than we are when it happens! If any of our customers purchase a firework from Red Apple® that does not go off or that does not perform the way it was designed to, all we ask is that the customer send us a high-resolution image of the damaged or non-working firework that clearly shows the issue. We will then credit the customer back the amount spent on that firework and speak with our vendor(s) regarding the issue(s) experienced.
