What if my order has damaged or missing items?

Don't worry! We pride ourselves on keeping you happy and we make sure to ship all orders out in perfect condition with accurate items.

There are a few things that you must do if you discover damaged or missing items:

  • With the delivery driver, examine and count all boxes as soon as receive them.
  • Don't sign the bill of lading without noting any damaged or missing items.
  • Contact us as soon as you find any damaged or missing items.

In any case, we will work with you to resolve the order, including helping you file a claim with the shipping company if we determine they are at fault.
